Dr. Neil Pollock founded Pollock Clinics over 20 years ago after 5 years of practicing family medicine. While he really enjoyed family practice as his young family grew, he wanted and valued more personal time, to be able to enjoy family, hobbies, sports, and social time with friends. Today, Dr. Pollock and his associates limit their practice to only 3 surgical procedures which they have practiced and perfected over many years. Over 20 years ago, Dr. Pollock travelled to many cities in North America researching first-hand what he believed to be all the best techniques used by the most experienced doctors and refined the entire process creating what has become known today as "The Pollock Technique" for circumcision, vasectomy and penis enlargement. Dr. Pollock is recognized for being a leader and innovator in his surgical area of expertise worldwide.

Dr. Neil Pollock, MD, is the founder of Pollock Clinics, boasting 25+ years of expertise in vasectomy and circumcision.
He pioneered the Pollock Technique™ for circumcision, with numerous accolades and global recognition.
Dr. Pollock has conducted 35,000+ circumcisions and 25,000+ vasectomies, making him a world-renowned expert.
He's also a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia, and his unique surgical techniques attract global medical learners.
Dr. Jack Chang, MD
Dr. Jack Chang, MD, a graduate of Yale University and the University of British Columbia Medical School, began his career serving remote communities before joining Pollock Clinics in 2014.
He trained under vasectomy experts and is a veteran of No-Scalpel Vasectomy International missions. Dr. Chang excels in both the Pollock Technique™ and Shang Ring circumcision methods.
He's a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia and practices penis enlargement with dermal fillers.
